JOB DESCRIPTION FULL-TIME INTERN POSITION
Ashoka builds and cultivates a community of change leaders who see that the world now requires everyone to be a changemaker. Together, we collaborate to transform institutions and cultures worldwide, so they support changemaking for the good of all.
The Ashoka Europe Fellowship Program is a co-learning and co-creation community to leverage Ashoka's local and global experience, resources, and networks in order to advance social entrepreneurship and changemaking for the good of all - across the continent.
Role Description:
At Ashoka Europe Fellowship Program we are looking for an intern than can support us in the different phases of the management of our co-learning modules and special projects, from more operative tasks to more creative ones. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who has an interest in social impact, in learning about social innovation and its global ecosystem.
Main responsibilities:
Support in the daily management of the participants of our co-learning modules, including data collection and database managing. More info about our modules here.
More specific operational support to the co-leaders of the Systems Change and Wellbeing modules. This includes managing participants and communications, creation of content for presentations, webpage, newsletters, among others.
Support in the different phases of the management of international partnerships.
Support in the general coordination of a European team of teams through different countries and organizations.
Required Skills:
Ability to work proactively and autonomously, with a strong entrepreneurial fiber;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Advanced English (oral AND written);
Strong organizational skills: can self-organize and prioritize between different projects. (strong ability in time management);
Detail-oriented;
Strong relationship skills and team-working skills;
At ease working in a highly international environment with a remote team;
Experience in project management is highly desirable;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Other Details:
Full-time (40h/week)
We offer a 12 months internship and request an internship of a minimum of 6 months
Starting date: September 2021
Ideally based in Milan but with the possibility to work from home whenever needed.
