Dear students,

thank you for your attendance to today's lecture, I know that it has been a bit tight, but I hope that you have still enjoied it and that it will be useful and propedeutic for the field lecture scheduled on Friday at the archaeological area of Montegrotto Terme and the nearby Euganean Hills.

As anticipated today in the classroom, we are setting up the two field lectures of December:

- Visit to the Roman bridges of Padova on Monday December 18th, as a joint activity with the course of Historical Buildings and Sites. The visit will be performed during the hours of lecture (10.30-12 Binders, maybe with a little continuation during the subsequent hours of Historical Buildings and Sites, from 12.30-14.00 ), so you will not have any kind of problem of missing classes (apart for those of you of the first year that are attending the Dating Laboratory). For this visit, I'm kindly asking confirmation of your attendance as soon as possible, as we will need to communicate the number of participants to the people in charge of the management of the structures: please write me a confirmation by e-mail in the next couple of days;

- Visit to the amphitheatre (Arena) of Verona and to the restoration activities currently ongoing on the structures. It will not be possible to arrange this visit on Friday due to the tight schedule of December, so we are planning to organize it either on Tuesday December 12th or Tuesday December 19th, starting from the early morning (so it will coincide with our Binders lecture) and finishing it around lunchtime, so you will be able to return back to Padova if you will have classes in the afternoon. Even for this visit, please send me a confirmation e-mail of your willingness to participate as soon as possible, in order for us to set up all the logistics.

Again, thank you very much for your attention and participation to the course, have a nice day and we'll see on Friday in Montegrotto Terme!
