By the end of the course, students will have:

- Comprehensive understanding of the diverse forms and practices of urban mobility, including migration, tourism, micro-mobility, inclusive mobilities, walking, protests and marchs, performative mapping.

- Ability to critically analyze the cultural, social, political, and spatial dimensions of mobility in contemporary urban contexts, especially in the context of neoliberal cities.

- Capacity to synthesize theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice to develop innovative perspectives on urban mobilities.

- Competence in applying walking-based and participatory methodologies for urban exploration and mapping.

- Skills in creating alternative, sensory, and critical representations of urban spaces through creative mapping projects.

The course is divided into two modules, each with its own assessment. The final grade will be the average of the two evaluations.

To complete Module 1, students will respond to a written questionnaire.

Module 2 involves the development of a creative urban mapping exercise. This may culminate in the creation of an alternative critical guide, a multi-sensory map, or a participatory mapping project of the city.
