Starting this year, the University of Padua is introducing innovative educational courses for international students in a digital environment developed by the ICoN Consortium (Italian Culture on the Net), entitled "Uni-verso Italia Europa."
For students of the bachelor's degree course in Italian Medieval and Renaissance Studies, the proposed path includes:
"Modern man: the Renaissance: Italy at the centre of cultural Europe: the Renaissance and the new conception of man; Galileo and the scientific method; the 16th century and the era of treaties."
To participate in this experimental course, a mastery of the Italian language corresponding to at least an A1/A2 level is required.
As the course has a maximum number of 20 participants, priority will be given according to the level possessed by the highest number of students, in order to create a linguistically homogeneous class.
These courses feature written texts, video lessons, and educational activities designed to integrate Italian language training with the acquisition of foundational knowledge of European and Italian culture.
The materials and disciplinary content are provided in Italian, with English translations available.
All teaching activities are conducted entirely online and asynchronously within a dedicated digital environment.
The course spans approximately three weeks, with an estimated workload of about 10 hours per week, and will be available from July 15th until August 5th.
If you are interested in participating in this activity we kindly ask you to fill out the form below by July 3rd:
