We would like to invite you to consider taking part in the international workshop “Techno-Geographies of AI. Across Algorithmic, Urban, and Planetary Scales”, which will take place in Milan on 27 March 2026.
This one-day, in-person event will explore AI not only as a technical system, but also as a spatial and social phenomenon, addressing its implications across algorithmic, urban, and planetary scales. The programme will feature contributions from international scholars and speakers working at the intersection of AI, society, infrastructure, and governance.
The workshop is a valuable opportunity for students interested in artificial intelligence, digital technologies, urban studies, media studies, geography, and the social sciences more broadly.
