Participants in the meeting were Monica Fedeli, Mario Giampaolo, Valentina Grion, Daniela Frison, Alessio Surian, Anna Serbati, Gulnara Abakirova, Concetta Tino and Edward Taylor. Participants presented themselves in turn.
The meeting started at 12:00 with a welcome introduction of Monica and continued with an explication of the PAPER program. In this explication Mario talked about the model of competences, the calendar, the role of participants, and the instruments to facilitate the learning process.
Valentina asked about the objectives of the program and how to evaluate our progresses in the program of study. The main objectives of PAPER are two: to improve the knowledge we have about the process of research in education and to develop trust between participants to facilitate a musing process among them.
In Relation to evaluation each participant in PAPER can contribute to the enrichment of the evaluation system. A first way can be the self diagnose rating scale but any kind of instrument of evaluation that can enrich our experience is welcome.
Alessio and Valentina expressed the importance of a narrative way to track this experience.
Edward asked about the format of the presentation. Presentations can be related to all the possible topics about educational research and need to be the more engageable possible for the audience.
To contribute in creating the right climate and trust among participants, dinners and external activities are scheduled.
