Foreword
This “ logbook” will be our travel buddy; it is a tool to take systematically notes about the activities realized by the learners, the relevant participants’ observations, the benefits and the difficulties that occur. It will support our learning because guaranteeing the collection of some documents/records of the different phases of our research work. In addition it offers a useful support to our reflection process that will help us to grab the holistic sense of the experience, to identify along the learning process, and not only at the end of it, its strengths and weaknesses on the basis of a virtuous process of action – reflection-redesign, that is a typical action of people committed to improving and building knowledge.

All participants can communicate through Moodle platform, where different kind of documents are uploaded and where each participant can book his/her presentation day.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:
Today ,19th of December 2015, the participants had the first scheduled meeting project in the staff room of our Department, where at first Mario Giampaolo and then Anna Serbati presented their research projects. Mario started his performance inviting us to divide in two groups and discuss about our research experience: type of difficulties, tools and strategies used…….;( Mario can add the questions). He invited us also to indicate which aspect of research we wanted to improve, suggesting which kind of resource we could consult about data analyze . (Creswell,2008). Then He presented his research about personalization in Higher Education.
After his presentation he received good and interesting feedback from the participants: above all about the way to compare his questionnaire to Wadleck’s questionnaire about two aspects:
1. the real meaning of the items (as Mario translated Wadleck’s questionnaire)
2. Mario’s conclusions about the comparison between two variables in the two questionnaires

After one hour Anna started her performance presenting a Tuning (http://www.unideusto.org/tuningeu/tuning-academy.html) project that involves many countries.
To develop her research she is using a Multiple case study referring to two authors as Yin (2003) and Stake (2005).
After her presentation, She received important suggestions about the research questions , the way to use multiple case study methodology and the selection of cases.
Strenghts→ opportunity :
• To share ideas , experience and research pathway
• To identify weaknesses and potential for each other work
• To receive good support for improving own project
• To receive specific detailed suggestions that help researcher to identify weakness
• To promote self directed learning
• To improve the research the educational field

Weaknesses:
• We don’t have the opportunity to know some relevant passages of research pathway such as protocol defining for multiple case study, or the criteria to select literature review.
• We don’t have enough time to go through the questions in a more deepen way
• Some people talked too much other not, it can be appropriate to invite all to intervene
• We could work better on the questioning way and how to improve our research in the community
• We can promote some more rules for managing the discussion

Some reflections:
• The experience was really interesting not only for strengths above mentioned, but also because each of us can use this opportunity as a constant and real resource that offer the occasion to share knowledge and solve doubts.
