All students of the Degree Courses in Archaeology and in Archaeological Sciences interested in obtaining the course completion certificate of December 3, 2022 are asked to strictly follow the following procedure:
1) Take the general safety training module by logging on to the unipd elearning portal https://elearning.unipd.it/formazione/ , click on Area di sicurezza > GENERAL TRAINING > BASIC COURSE IN HEALTH AND SAFETY: "GENERAL TRAINING" (4h).
2) Take the specific training module on health and safety protection of workers employed in Laboratory activities - High Risk Class by logging on to the elearning portal https://elearning.unipd.it/formazione/, click on Area Sicurezza > SPECIFIC TRAINING > HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES (12h).
At the end of the tests remember to print the certificate.

3) Follow in the classroom the specific part of the safety course dedicated to archaeological excavation activities.
In this regard, for all students who have passed the general and specific-high-risk safety training module, the Department of Cultural Heritage is organizing a specific course on safety at archaeological sites on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 09:00 a.m. in Liviano - Aula A.
In order to participate, students will have to show their course completion certificates of the general training and specific training-high risk modules.
Please note that the course completion certificate of the course on safety at archaeological sites is a mandatory requirement for participation in excavations at the University of Padua and is also required to participate in archaeological excavations organized by other universities.
Please also note that for students already in possession of a general training certificate related to safety courses conducted at this university after July 25, 2017, it is not necessary to repeat the course.
If you hold a general and/or specific training certificate taken at other universities, please send a copy to the secretary's office for evaluation of adequacy.
