Dear Colleagues,
after the resignation of Prof. Chiara Biasin, in the absence of a professor of the College designated to the role of Vice Coordinator, this function can be assumed by the Dean.
As Dean of the SPEF Course, I accepted the position in the transitional phase until the election of the new SPEF Coordinator.
I will be responsible for urgent procedures, among which the priorities are:
1. doctoral student practices (missions, extensions, requests for work permits, etc.)
2. admission of doctoral students to the following year (by 15/09)
3. admission of doctoral students to external evaluation (by 15/09)
In view of the forthcoming deadlines, I am asking the doctoral students and supervisors concerned, to proceed with sending the necessary documentation by 5 September 2023.
