Project: Sharing worlds: stories, culture and inter-generational dialogue

For students of Lingue e letterature europee e americane (including English Studies)
From October to December 2025, we are organising a series of meetings with residents at a centre for the elderly in Via Beato Pellegrino (a 10-minute walk from our Department). There will be 6 one-hour meetings in which Italian and international students will be able to talk about music, art, poetry and other cultural traditions from around the world.
NB: If you are an international student and don’t speak Italian, don’t worry – there will be interpreters to help you!
The meetings at the centre will be on the following days from 4pm to 5pm: 22 October, 31 October, 5 November, 12 November, 26 November, 3 December. Participants will need to go to all meetings. They will prepare the content of the meetings in small groups, working together in person or online.

Per gli studenti e le studentesse del corso di Laurea magistrale in Lingue e letterature europee e americane
Da ottobre a dicembre 2025, organizzeremo una serie di incontri con i/le residenti di un centro per anziani/e in Via Beato Pellegrino (10 minuti a piedi dal nostro Dipartimento).
Sono previsti 6 incontri di un'ora in cui studenti e studentesse italiani/e e internazionali parleranno di musica, arte, poesia e altre tradizioni culturali provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Gli incontri presso il centro si terranno dalle ore 16 alle 17 nei seguenti giorni: 22 ottobre, 31 ottobre, 5 novembre, 12 novembre, 26 novembre, 3 dicembre. Chi partecipa al progetto dovrà essere presente a tutti gli incontri. La preparazione dei contenuti degli incontri verrà fatta in gruppi auto-organizzati, lavorando in presenza o online.
