Through the Career Service, you can discover internship and job opportunities in Italy and abroad, meet companies and organisations, take part in recruiting events, and receive personalised guidance to improve your professional profile. In your Personal Area, you can check the latest news, explore available opportunities, register for events and access useful services dedicated to career development. You can also book an appointment with the Career Service desk, located in Via Martiri della Libertà, 2, which is open by appointment only.
The Career Service also offers one-to-one online counselling sessions to support you in preparing for the labour market. These individual consultations can help you define your professional goals, explore occupational fields, improve your job search strategy and prepare key application materials such as your Curriculum Vitae and motivational letter. You can also receive guidance on how to approach a selection interview with greater confidence and awareness.
To help you prepare for these opportunities, the University of Padua also offers ColloquIA, its interview simulator. Through GAIA, a conversational avatar, you can practise job interviews in a realistic, safe and non-judgemental environment. You will receive personalised feedback to help you improve the way you present your skills, experience and professional goals during recruitment and selection processes.
