EN International Curricular Placement - Teaching Assistant (English / Spanish)
About us:
Our State High School in Padua is a dynamic institution with a global outlook. We believe in the value of intercultural exchange and are looking for talented international students who are keen to get involved, bringing their professional skills and cultural background directly into our classrooms.
You will be supported by a tutor, but you will have the freedom and autonomy to propose, plan and lead activities yourself, becoming a cultural and linguistic point of reference for our students.
Main activities:
● Active teaching and workshops (in English or Spanish) to stimulate discussion and practical learning.
● Lessons and lectures: preparing and delivering teaching modules, presentations or mini-lectures on topics relating to literature, culture, history or current affairs linked to your country of origin or your studies.
● Co-teaching: Actively collaborating with subject lecturers in lesson planning, bringing a fresh, international perspective.
● Development of Teaching Materials: Creating original resources and multimedia materials for the classroom.
Ideal requirements:
● Native speaker or C1/C2 level in English or Spanish.
● Interest in education and intercultural exchange.
● Ability to work as part of a team with the teaching staff.

Quiénes somos:

Actividades principales:
● Enseñanza activa y talleres (en inglés o español) para estimular el debate y el aprendizaje práctico.
● Clases y conferencias: preparación e impartición de módulos didácticos, presentaciones o miniconferencias sobre temas relacionados con la literatura, la cultura, la historia o la actualidad vinculados a tu país de origen o a tus estudios.
● Coenseñanza: Colaborar activamente con los profesores de las asignaturas en la planificación de las clases, aportando una perspectiva nueva e internacional
● Desarrollo de materiales didácticos: Creación de recursos originales y materiales multimedia para el aula.
Requisitos ideales:
● Habla nativo o nivel C1/C2 de inglés o español
● Interés por la educación y el intercambio intercultural
● Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con el personal docente.
