Welcome back! We hope you had a refreshing summer break and are ready for a new academic year.
The academic year starts with an Academic Board Meeting on 14 September at 5:00 PM, a very important moment in the life of our PhD Programme. The main goal will be the annual review and progression to the next year.
Along with this message, let me also share a quick reminder that on Tuesday, 22 September, we will meet for our first SPEF activities of the year, dedicated to AI, research integrity, and responsible AI practices in doctoral research.
We will start at 2:00 PM with Stephanie Martinic-Caneo’s Open Seminar on Postplagiarism, followed at 3:30 PM by our participatory SPEF workshop on responsible AI use.

bentornate e bentornati! Speriamo abbiate trascorso una piacevole pausa estiva e siate pronti per l’inizio di un nuovo anno accademico.
L’anno accademico si apre con un Collegio dei Docenti il 14 settembre alle ore 17:00, un momento molto importante nella vita del nostro Dottorato. L’obiettivo principale sarà la valutazione annuale e il passaggio all’anno successivo.
Con questo messaggio, ne approfitto anche per ricordarvi che martedì 22 settembre ci incontreremo per le prime attività SPEF dell’anno, dedicate a IA, integrità della ricerca e pratiche responsabili nell’uso dell’IA nella ricerca dottorale.
Inizieremo alle 14:00 con l’Open Seminar di Stephanie Martinic-Caneo sul Postplagiarism, seguito alle 15:30 dal nostro workshop partecipativo SPEF sull’uso responsabile dell’IA.
