Costituzione Comitato Organizzatore per le Discussioni Annuali Intermedie / Formation of the Organizing Committee for the Mid-Year Annual Discussions

Gentili Dottorande e Dottorandi,

iniziamo a organizzare le discussioni annuali intermedie per il secondo e il terzo anno del nostro dottorato. A tal fine, stiamo costituendo un Comitato Organizzatore che, per la parte docente, sarà composto dalla sottoscritta, dalla prof.ssa Tino e dalla prof.ssa Raffaghelli.

Desideriamo includere nel comitato anche due persone tra le dottorande e i dottorandi, per garantire un coinvolgimento diretto della vostra parte. Vi invitiamo pertanto a manifestare la vostra disponibilità inviando una email a sara.serbati@unipd.it entro il 7 dicembre p.v. La partecipazione al Comitato potrà essere certificata e inserita nel vostro CV.

Il primo incontro del Comitato si terrà l'11 dicembre alle 14:30.

Dear PhD students,

Today we begin organizing the mid-year annual discussions for the second and third years of the PhD program. To this end, we are forming an Organizing Committee, which will consist of myself, Prof. Tino, and Prof. Raffaghelli for the academic staff.

We would also like to include 2 PhD students in the committee to ensure direct involvement from your side. We invite you to express your availability by sending an email to sara.serbati@unipd.it  by  the 7th of December.

The first meeting of the Committee will be held on December 11th at 2:30 PM.

in merito alla costituzione del Comitato Organizzatore per le Discussioni Annuali Intermedie, abbiamo già ricevuto diverse adesioni.

Essendo stata informata, in via informale, che nella data odierna vi incontrerete, vi invito gentilmente a selezionare tra di voi 2 o al massimo 3 rappresentanti, tenendo in considerazione i seguenti criteri:

Garantire un equilibrio tra chi ha già esperienza nell’organizzazione di attività e chi, invece, non ne ha mai avuta.
Promuovere un’adeguata internazionalizzazione del comitato.
Grazie per la collaborazione e resto a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti.

I have been informed informally that you will be meeting today. I kindly invite you to select 2 to a maximum of 3 representatives among yourselves, while considering the following criteria:

Ensuring a balance between those with prior experience in organizing activities and those without.
Promoting appropriate international representation within the committee.
