The Career Service of the University of Padua has organised specialised Labs for the academic year 2024/25, aimed at developing soft skills and targeting students and recent graduates.
Potential employers seek graduates who possess strong technical and disciplinary knowledge acquired during their studies, along with excellent soft skills - particularly interpersonal skills, such as the ability to establish positive relationships, negotiate, communicate effectively, and work in teams.
These 30-hour specialised lab sessions are designed to incorporate active learning techniques, practical exercises, and interactive methods. Participants will have the opportunity to analyse various settings, gaining valuable skills for their professional future.
The programme, held in Italian, will begin on Thursday, 6th March 2025. Places are limited; therefore, we kindly ask you to register by 7th February 2025.
