Con piacere vi invitiamo a partecipare allo studio “Dottorati di Ricerca di Unipd: uno studio sulla qualità della relazione dottoranda/o-supervisore”, patrocinato dall'Ufficio PhD e coordinato da docenti dell'area psicologica.
Tale studio valuta la qualità della relazione supervisore/dottorando/a, la soddisfazione per il lavoro e il livello di eventuali conflitti (tempo di compilazione: 5 minuti).
Allo studio saranno invitati tutti i supervisori/dottorande/i dell'Ateneo per tre anni consecutivi, permettendo di monitorare l’evoluzione della relazione nel tempo e di valutare l’efficacia del metodo SDE “Sharing and Discussing Expectancies”, adottato dall’Ateneo come strumento per favorire la condivisione delle aspettative reciproche della diade supervisore/dottorando/a.
Siamo consapevoli che il vostro tempo è limitato, e che le indagini a cui siete invitate/i sono molte. Allo stesso tempo, siamo convinte che gli esiti dello studio possano concretamente contribuire a migliorare la qualità della supervisione e il benessere di supervisori e dottorande/i coinvolti nei programmi di dottorato.

We are pleased to warmly invite you to take part in the study “PhD Programmes at Unipd: A Study on the Quality of the PhD Student–Supervisor Relationship,” sponsored by the PhD Office and designed and coordinated by faculty members from the Psychology area.
The aim of this research is to monitor the quality of the relationship, satisfaction, and level of conflict between supervisors and PhD students through a brief questionnaire that will require only about 5 minutes of your time.
The questionnaire will be administered to all supervisors and PhD students at the University for three consecutive years, allowing us to track the evolution of the relationship over time and to assess the effectiveness of the SDE “Sharing and Discussing Expectancies” method adopted by the University. Results will be shared only in aggregate form, with the aim of providing an overall picture of this aspect of doctoral training at our University.
