Breve presentazione personale e professionale e interessi di ricerca: I miei interessi di studio riguardano l'educazione degli adulti e l'importanza di acquisire e sviluppare soft skills in particolare per gli studenti iscritti al corso di laurea in Educazione Professionale.


Abstract progetto di dottorato: La ricerca di Dottorato è volta a ideare e implementare un percorso laboratoriale rivolto agli studenti iscritti al secondo e terzo anno del Corso di Studi in Educazione Professionale finalizzato a favorire l'acquisizione e lo sviluppo di soft skills, insieme alle capacità di esprimerle e valutarle autonomamente. Inoltre, intende promuovere una formazione che supporti gli studenti ad affrontare e superare con successo le sfide della vita e del lavoro.

Brief personal and professional presentation and research interests: My academic interests focus on adult education and the importance of acquiring and developing soft skills, particularly for students enrolled in the Bachelor's program in Professional Education.

Abstract PhD project: The PhD research aims to design and implement a workshop program for second- and third-year students enrolled in the Bachelor's Degree in Professional Education. The program is intended to foster the acquisition and development of soft skills, as well as the ability to express and self-assess them. Additionally, it seeks to promote an educational approach that equips students to successfully face and overcome the challenges of life and work.
