Completing the study plan online is a necessary step to populate the academic booklet with the courses included in the degree programme, allowing for proper exam registration and recording of results.
The study plan must be completed in accordance with the selection rules established by the Didactic Regulations of the degree programme (
Annex 3) valid for the academic year of the student’s enrolment.
As stated in the Student Academic Career Regulations (Art. 20, paragraph 6), students are required to submit their study plan by December, and in any case before the winter exam session.
All activities included in the plan will contribute to the calculation of the final grade average (GPA) used to determine the degree classification.

Once the application for admission to the final exam has been submitted, no further changes to the study plan will be permitted.
