Lingua Italiana - Additional Language
To achieve a Master's degree in Italy, it is necessary to have knowledge of the Italian language, as mandated by current regulations.
Through attendance of courses offered by the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo - CLA (University Language Centre), the fundamentals of the Italian language will be provided to those who are not native Italian speakers.
Those who have previous knowledge of Italian will be offered more advanced courses, based on the guidelines established by the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo - CLA (University Language Centre).
All information for enrolling in CLA courses and registering for the language proficiency test is provided on the Moodle page of the Master's Degree Course in Local Development.
ADDITIONAL LANGUAGEThrough attendance of a lab managed by the Degree Course or through attendance of courses offered by the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo - CLA (University Language Centre), the fundamentals of a language other than Italian will be provided.
Important notice: To have the credits registered, it will be necessary to have attended at least 80% of the classes taught by Dr. Marco Bianco. Those who cannot attend or do not reach this attendance requirement may attend next year, or attend one of the French courses offered during the year by the CLA: https://cla.unipd.it/corsi-di-lingua/corsi-base To register the credits, it will not be necessary to pass a TAL exam; the course attendance certificate will be sufficient. Terms and Periods for the Graduation
Manual for graduation procedure (2022 version, in Italian)
To graduate, students must have completed and registered all exams involved in their study plans (including internship and KOS) at least 15 days prior to the start date of the graduation exam session. Remember that:
the Almalaurea questionnaire must also be completed online;
at the confirmation step of the procedure, you will receive a payment request via Uniweb to be paid within 24 hours.
We recommend students who fail to finish their thesis on time, to promptly cancel the registration (see https://www.unipd.it/en/graduation “How to change your application” section).
Students must carefully evaluate for which call they should register considering their career status (exams, internship, thesis).

Fees payment
All enrolment fees must be paid before starting the graduation procedure. Please check that you have followed the payment procedures correctly.
Dissertation - Title page
The title pages of the bachelor and master's degree thesis must include the name of the department of the course of study and the name of the course itself. If the thesis supervisor doesn't belong to the department of reference, both the name of the Department of reference and the name of the Department of the supervisor should be written.
