The Career Service offers students access to ColloquIA, a simulation platform developed as part of the University's Digital Transformation Plan.
ColloquIA provides an immersive exploratory interview experience in an interactive virtual environment. A conversational avatar powered by real-time technologies takes on the role of a recruiter and conducts the interview based on the uploaded CV and the selected job description. The questions focus on the candidate's academic background, transferable skills, and motivations, with adaptive interview scenarios that evolve according to the user's responses.
At the end of the simulation, the platform generates a detailed report including feedback on the answers provided, suggestions for improvement, and a complete transcript of the interview, supporting a meaningful self-assessment and reflection process.
